Magical Word macro input special symbols

 Often during the layout you want to insert text characters, but in the symbol box to find time-consuming and expensive eye! In fact, we can use the "macro"to solve this problem for us. For some common symbols (such as "$"), can use macros to make the job simpler. The specific method is:

 1. First, select "Tools → Macro → Record New Macro " menu command, and then the pop-up "record macro " interface.

 2. In the "Macro name " input box below the name of the new macro, such as the "Yuan", then click the "Keyboard"icon.

 3. In the pop-up "Customize Keyboard"screen to specify the shortcut keys, such as "Ctrl Y", click "specified" button, click "Close"button to return to the "record macro " interface. Click "OK" button to start the recorder.

 4. Select the "Insert → Symbol" menu command, and then the pop-up "symbol" interface. Select the "Symbols"tab, in the "symbol " box, select the "$", click "Insert" button and then click "Close"button. Alternatively, you can specify to the toolbar, from the pop-up "Customize" dialog box "command"column to "Normal.NewMacros.Yuan" drag and drop to the toolbar.
